  • Methods of  Payment: Cash, Checks, Money Orders or Major Credit Cards
  • All Payments must be made in full to avoid any delays releasing the inspection report
  • We do accept most major Credit Cards payment $15 convenience Fee.
  •  This prices might subject to additional 3% fuel charge.
  • * *Termite inspections are performed by third parties that are Certified Pest Control Companies. Third parties like Latin Pest Control will do their best to perform at the same time as the home inspection. We can not guarantee same-day service by third parties. Third parties average price fee is $125 for their services (under 3500 square feet) and they will produce your WDI Report.
